How to Create a Gold Bill / Invoice
Creating a professional gold invoice takes three steps. One — add your shop details: your brand name, address, phone and tax registration number (GSTIN in India, VAT or TRN elsewhere) appear at the top of every bill. Two — add each item: enter the description, purity (24K, 22K, 21K, 18K or 14K), weight in grams, the rate per gram (prefilled from today’s live gold rate but fully editable), and the making charge as a percentage. The tool instantly calculates the metal value and making charge for each line. Three — set charges and tax: add any hallmarking or extra charges, subtract old-gold exchange value if the customer is trading in jewellery, and apply your local tax rate. India uses 3% GST on gold plus 3% on making; the UAE applies 5% VAT; the UK 20%; Saudi Arabia 15%. Change the country selector to switch currency and prefill the right tax.
